More than a business park ...

The joint development of Terra Invest Zrt. and Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt. in the 4th District of the capital, to be implemented at the frontier of Budapest as a unique commercial and manufacturing zone establishes the living- and working space of the future in the immediate vicinity of the ring-road M0 and the North-East Motorway.

With the support of the European Union, and the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund, Terra Invest Zrt. implemented a project entitled "Development of stage III of Európa Center Business and Logistic Park" in Budapest.

The company won support within the framework of the tender invitation Central Hungary Operational Programme KMOP-2008-1.5.3/D, entitled "Site and service development of industrial parks, industrial areas".

The project was implemented from a European Union support of 402 million HUF, in the course of which the development of stage III of Európa Center Business and Logistic Park was completed.
